ES, a moniker derived from a perplexing scientific experiment, is the self-proclaimed identity of Ryousuke Akiba. Endowed with peculiar mental capabilities, Ryousuke can infiltrate people’s minds, unveil their deepest secrets, and even manipulate their memories to garner a familiarity akin to kinship from complete strangers. However, his actions are propelled by the need to survive alone, as he roams the streets of Tokyo for undisclosed reasons unbeknownst to anyone.
Despite his abilities, Ryousuke goes unnoticed until Dr. Mine Kujyou, an unyielding scientist, encounters ES, a bearer of the Eternal Sabbath gene, that challenges the very foundation of her scientific knowledge. But, is Ryousuke the sole possessor of this gene?
